ALPHA PROTOTYPE DESIGN
Shown is the final alpha prototype design of the ALLEVIATE1 back muscle recovery device. The overall design uses three mechanical systems to provide an effective deep tissue massage. These systems consist of Compression, 360° Ball Rollers, and a Zero Gravity Recliner. The systems work together to provide an innovative and cutting edge muscle recovery device design unlike anything on the current market.

Seen on the figure to the right is the current ALLEVIATE1 prototype design. Shown below rendered models and videos of the final device.

The ALLEVIATE1 massage rollers utilizes smooth rolling in 360° allowing the mechanism to move horizontally and vertically with little to no drag. The air compression vest puts the necessary pressure on the user for the rollers to apply an effective deep tissue massage on the individual.
